“Young Development Academy” Continues with Inspiring Gatherings!
The Young Development Academy continues to bring together inspiring content and expert speakers, aiming to support the personal, academic, and social development of young individuals.

As part of the program, Serdar Gürbüz delivered a seminar on “Innovation,” highlighting the importance of producing, thinking creatively, and making a difference in an ever-evolving global landscape. Participants gained valuable insights into how innovation goes beyond technology and plays a key role in shaping new perspectives and solutions.
In another session titled “Becoming an Entrepreneur,” Selahattin Ciritçi shared practical knowledge on the journey from idea to implementation. Through hands-on examples, he explained the dynamics of entrepreneurship, the challenges encountered along the way, and effective strategies for turning ideas into reality.
