The world's largest Aviation, Space and Technology Festival TEKNOFEST broke a record with the participation of more than 1 million visitors on its fourth day.

TEKNOFEST hosted 25 thousand 437 visitors on its first day, 300 thousand on its second day, 600 thousand on its third day, and more than 1 million on its fourth day, and hosted nearly 2 million visitors in 4 days. In addition to the visitors rushing to TEKNOFEST from seven to seventy-seven, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Mustafa Şentop and Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu also visited the festival today.

Bayraktar KIZILELMA and SOLO Türk break new ground in the sky

The festival continued on its fourth day with technology, science, aviation-flight shows, exhibitions, summits, workshops, technology competitions, stage shows and events. Our national pride Bayraktar KIZILELMA and SOLO Türk realised a first in the sky, made a spectacular flight together and greeted TEKNOFEST visitors. The unique eagles of the sky, the Turkish Stars and the Fursan Al Emarat Air Acrobatics team from the United Arab Emirates performed a spectacular flight show together in the skies over Istanbul.

Hürkuş, Atak Helicopter, Solo Türk, Turkish Stars, GYROCOPTER, Aksungur, Gökbey, AB412 and S70 Steel Wings carried the excitement to the skies with their special flight shows. S70 Steel Wings, which participated in the festival, gave students an unforgettable experience in the flight activity with the students. While the Your Stage event organised within the festival’s scope provided fun moments for the participants, students experienced an adventure full of science, technology and space in educational workshops.

This year, TEKNOFEST science street workshops, vertical wind tunnel, planetarium, space-themed playground, simulation experience areas, stakeholder-sponsor-participant booth activities and acrobatic dunk show organised within the scope of the festival continued throughout the program. Visitors had the opportunity to closely examine BAYRAKTAR MİUS KIZILELMA, Hürjet, Akıncı, F-16, F-4, AS-532 Eurocopter, T-38, CN-235 CASA (HVKK), CN-235 CASA, ATAK - II, Hürkuş, TB-2, AB 412, ANKA, GÖKBEY, Beli 429 and MMU on display in the static exhibition area, and took plenty of souvenir photos.
