T3 Foundation Strengthens International Collaborations at the 2nd Africa Urban Forum

Turkish Technology Team Foundation participated in the 2nd Africa Urban Forum in line with its vision to strengthen international collaborations and expand its global impact.

Held upon the invitation of the Sıfır Atık Vakfı, the forum brought together key global stakeholders. During the event, the Foundation delegation held bilateral meetings with UN-Habitat Executive Director Anacláudia Rossbach, ICLEI Africa Director for Climate Change, Energy and Resilience Dr. Meggan Spires, and WRI Africa Director for Resilient Cities & WRI Ethiopia Representative Aklilu Fikressilassie. Discussions focused on potential collaborations in sustainable cities, climate action, and technology-driven development.

Throughout the forum, the Foundation shared its ongoing and planned projects in education, science, and technology, while also presenting Türkiye’s expertise in technology and innovation to international stakeholders. In this context, participants were invited to TEKNOFEST 2026, one of the world’s largest aviation, space, and technology events bringing together youth from across the globe.

This significant platform, held on the African continent, contributed to enhancing the Foundation’s international visibility and paved the way for new partnerships in the fields of sustainable development, technology production, and youth-focused initiatives.
