Science Communication Volunteering Program
Applications for the Science Communication Volunteering Program have started in 11 centers in 8 different cities where Bilim Türkiye Education Programs are implemented!
In our centers, there are thematic workshops in 7 different areas for 6-14 age groups. In addition to workshops, our centers have exhibition areas and planetariums in 10 different areas that can be visited by everyone from 7 to 70.
The program will primarily accept undergraduates, postgraduates or graduates of the departments related to the fields in our centers, and all education faculties and interpretation departments can also apply to take part in these fields.
The 7th Science Communication Volunteering Program covers the months of March, April and May 2024. During these 3 months, it is required to be involved in the program at least 2 days a week. Volunteers who complete the program will receive a certificate.

The expected tasks within the program are as follows:
- Assisting the workshop instructor during workshop trainings.
- Providing scientific explanation of the exhibitions to the visitors coming to the exhibition areas.
- Supporting curriculum development studies.
- Visitor, student and parent communication
- Serving as an exhibition guide and planetarian, if available in the center.
