Project Festival Across Türkiye from DENEYAP Technology Workshops!

Simultaneous Technology Excitement in 81 Provinces
DENEYAP Technology Workshops, the leading initiative for technology education in Türkiye, hosted an exciting event on July 5–6, 2025. The “Electronics Programming and Internet of Things Project Festival” was held simultaneously in 131 workshops across all 81 provinces. At this major event, more than 18,000 middle and high school students presented their technology-focused projects to the public.
Innovative Minds, Projects That Make a Real-World Impact
This year’s main theme for the Project Festival was “Emergency Warning and Response Systems.” Students developed solutions for critical scenarios such as earthquakes, fires, floods, gas leaks, and medical emergencies. In their prototypes, they used systems combining sensors—such as temperature, humidity, gas, motion, and light—with microcontrollers. Working in teams of 4–6 members, students presented their projects to a jury in their local workshops. The systems were evaluated not only for technical accuracy but also for innovation, originality, social benefit, and sustainability.

Judged by Juries, Awarded for Success
The evaluation process at the Project Festival was carried out by juries using a transparent and detailed scoring system to select the most successful teams. Over the two-day event, held simultaneously in all 81 provinces, 1,310 students out of 18,539 were awarded first prizes. At the end of the festival, the winning teams received certificates of achievement, and the students’ original ideas and projects were highly appreciated by jury members and participants alike. During the event, Dr. Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the T3 Foundation, visited the workshops to review the students’ projects firsthand and expressed great admiration for the visionary ideas put forth by these young technology enthusiasts. Congratulating the winning teams, Dr. Hıdır emphasized that DENEYAP students are the young people who will build Türkiye’s future.
