It Started with a Dream, Reached Millions: The Türkiye Technology Team Foundation Turns 9!
With the vision of a “Strong Turkey that develops technology,” the Turkey Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), which inspires millions, is celebrating its 9th anniversary.
Since its establishment, the Foundation has been a pioneer in the development of domestic and national technologies and continues to build Turkey’s future through projects that unlock the potential of young people.
Founded at the end of 2016 with the vision of the National Technology Initiative, the T3 Foundation has created a broad ecosystem reaching from children and youth to entrepreneurs and researchers, spreading technology production across all segments of society. Through its work ranging from education and entrepreneurship to science and high technology, the Foundation makes a strong contribution to Turkey’s position in global competition.
The Architect of an Ecosystem Touching Millions: T3 Foundation
Among the projects carried out by the T3 Foundation are TEKNOFEST, the world’s largest aviation, space, and technology festival; the Take Off Entrepreneurship Summit, which brings global startups together with investors; DENEYAP Technology Workshops, providing qualified technology education in all 81 provinces; Science Turkey (Bilim Türkiye), which instills science and technology awareness at an early age; Science Centers that offer experiential learning environments; Discovery Campuses (Keşif Kampüsleri), which present a unique educational approach through workshop-based and exploration-focused models; the Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Scholarship Program, which holistically supports young people throughout their educational journey; the T3 Entrepreneurship Center, supporting the entrepreneurship ecosystem; KÜRE Digital Encyclopedia, positioned as a reliable digital source of information; T3 AI, conducting artificial intelligence–focused research and production activities; the DENEYAP Card, a domestic and national electronic development platform; the National Technology Teams Support Program, which supports teams developing projects in strategic technology fields; and T3 Academy, which offers training programs aimed at developing qualified human resources—together shaping Turkey’s technology journey.
Thanks to these multi-layered projects, hundreds of thousands of students are introduced to science and technology, the entrepreneurship ecosystem is strengthened, the development of qualified human capital is supported, and innovative ideas are encouraged to come to life.

Speaking on the occasion of the T3 Foundation’s 9th anniversary, Selçuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the T3 Foundation, said:

Commenting on the Foundation’s anniversary, Dr. Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the T3 Foundation, stated:

Through the free and high-quality education programs it offers especially for children and young people, the T3 Foundation raises awareness at an early age and strengthens skills such as scientific thinking, production, and teamwork. By supporting initiatives focused on the development of strategic, high–value-added, and nationally prioritized technologies, the T3 Foundation provides long-term contributions to Turkey’s technology ecosystem through its work in research and development, education, and entrepreneurship.
In its 9th year, the T3 Foundation continues its journey with determination toward the goal of “a Turkey that develops technology, produces, and has a strong voice in the world.”
