Türkiye’s children who do not set limits to their dreams in science and technology, who are curious and open to discovery continue to meet with science.

Bilim Sincan recently joined the Bilim Türkiye Family, which aims to spread science and technology all over Türkiye with the goal of "a Technology Developing Türkiye".

Within the scope of the National Technology Initiative, Bilim Sincan, which was realized in Sincan with the partnership of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Sincan Municipality, T3 Foundation, and TÜBİTAK in order to bring science, technology and art to large masses, to increase our children's communication with science and to increase interest in these fields, was opened by the Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Governor of Ankara Vasip Şahin, T3 Foundation Chairperson Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, Mayor of Sincan Murat Ercan and TÜBİTAK President Hasan Mandal.

Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır, speaking at the Bilim Sincan opening, stated that efforts are underway to establish science centers in five more cities, saying, "So far, in the district-scale 15 science centers, we have introduced more than 865,000 young people to the dazzling world of science through educational workshops, and we are excited to offer service the 16th one in Mamak. Kacır emphasized their efforts to establish science centers across the country to promote a culture of science and technology in society, stating that they have already opened 11 large-scale science centers to serve the public. He highlighted that they have introduced young people to the climate of science and technology and are progressively implementing initiatives to enable them to engage in new attempt in this field.

Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, the Chairperson of the T3 Foundation Board of Directors, speaking at the inauguration of Bilim Sincan, highlighted the remarkable progress made by the Bilim Türkiye project, which was initiated in Üsküdar in 2018 with the aim of cultivating a generation that is curious, questioning, and innovative, thanks to the valuable efforts and contributions of Selçuk Bayraktar, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of T3 Foundation, and Mehmet Fatih Kacır, the Minister of Industry and Technology, within a short period of five years. She mentioned that they now operate 18 science centers in three different countries.

Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, who also provided detailed information about the planned educational programs and workshops at the science centers, stated: "The aim of the Bilim Türkiye project is to instill in our future generations a spirit of continuous learning driven not only by consumption but also by production and exploration desires. The future Özdemir Bayraktars and Aziz Sancars will be nurtured in science centers across our country, and the young people who grow up here will develop technologies first for our country and then for the benefit of all humanity."

Bilim Sincan, which will bring together children aged 6-14 in Ankara with science and technology through its Technology, Astronomy and Aerospace, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Design, and Do-It-Yourself Technology Workshops, will, like all science centers, open up exciting new prospects for future generations. Bilim Sincan will engage with students through various fun and diverse educational content to foster a generation that can self- learn, collaborate effectively, and possesses creative and critical thinking skills.
