We aim to help Türkiye realize the National Technology Initiative with the projects and studies we are carrying out.

Our Mission

The Turkish Technology Team's mission is to ensure talented young people from every age group are involved in technology developing processes, establish startups and conduct and support R&D activities, projects and works aimed at developing technological products, systems, and components, whose domestic and original development is a priority for Türkiye due to their strategic importance, high added-value, and global competition conditions and strategic reasons, identify talented young people and train them, and to contribute to development of entrepreneurship culture in technology and all the scientific studies to be done in these fields.

The Turkish Technology Team Foundation is established by a group of young entrepreneurs and professionals who believe that it is inevitable for Türkiye to realize National Technology Initiative in order to raise its voice for a better world and to be one of developed societies in terms of economy and life quality. The Foundation aims to help Türkiye realize the National Technology Initiative with its projects and works. 
Being late to the technology revolution that began in the world in the 1970s and accelerated in the 1990s especially in the IT industry will create a huge gap, which is difficult to be closed, for countries being late to catch it as in the industrial revolution.  

The import of technology creates dependence for societies in many areas, from economy to defence, from education to the level of social development. National Technology Initiative is emerging as a fundamental condition for societies to become truly sovereign and independent in the historical period we are going through. 
The most basic element of the technological self-sufficiency of a society and country is its qualified human resources. With this belief in mind, the Turkish Technology Team is endeavouring to increase Türkiye's qualified human resources in this field. 

The Foundation carries out projects in two main subjects in line with this goal. The foundation's main operation is to establish and support technical trainings and workshops as well as project competitions and hackathon teams intended for middle school, high school and university students with high intellectual potential. The Foundation also carries out works to provide capital support to technology startups, incubation and acceleration centres that will create high added value in Türkiye through logistics, technical assistance, consulting, startup capital and angel investor networks.
