Serdar Gürbüz is the Head of Digital Innovation and Analytical Solutions at Turkish Airlines. In this role, he leads the implementation of data-driven transformation and technology-driven innovation. To achieve operational efficiency, improve customer experience and reduce costs by using the power of the data and technology ecosystem.
He has been working in the technology field for over 12 years and has led many
transformation projects. In previous experiences; he successfully took part in the creation and implementation of the digital transformation roadmap of Yıldız Holding, which includes global brands such as Ülker, Godiva and McVities. He is one of the founders of Arikovani, Turkey's first institution-supported crowdfunding platform. He took part in the organization of corporate entrepreneurship programs at Turkcell, where spin-off startups with more than 100 graduates emerge. Serdar Gürbüz, who is also an active NGO member, has been serving as a member of the Turkish Technology Team Foundation Board of Directors (t3vakfi.org), T3 Startup Center (t3gm.org) director and TEKNOFEST (teknofest.org) Executive Board member since 2016. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the Bilişim Vadisi Venture Capital Investment Fund. He completed his undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2008.
