We are a group of young entrepreneurs and professionals who believe that it is inevitable for Türkiye to realize the National Technology Initiative in order to raise its voice for a better world and to be one of developed societies in terms of economy and life quality.

Mehmet Fatih Kacır was born in İstanbul in 1984. He completed his middle and high school education at İstanbul Erkek High School. He ranked 12th in university entrance exam in 2003 in Türkiye. He graduated from Industrial Engineering department of Boğaziçi University with Bachelor's and Honorary Degree in 2008. He was a student representative during his undergraduate education. He pioneered interdisciplinary research and project management trainings. After graduating from university, he decided to become an entrepreneur. He put his signature under innovative applications by developing utility models and industrial designs at the companies, which he founded and managed.
Besides entrepreneurship, he also took an active role in non-governmental organizations. Kacır, who held the role of the Chairman of the Turkish Technology Team Foundation's (T3 Foundation), of which he is one of the founders, Board of Directors until 2018, was among the pioneers of the establishment of Deneyap Technology Workshops, the Technology Stars of the Future Program intended for especially talented students, Science Center and Startup Center programs and TEKNOFEST, the world's largest Aerospace and Technology Festival. He became a member of TÜBİTAK's Science Council.
He was appointed as Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology in accordance with the Presidential Decree on July 31, 2018. Kacır, who continues his duty in the Ministry as responsible for the National Technology Initiative and strategic transformation policies, coordinated the studies of the General Directorate of National Technology, the General Directorate of Strategic Research and Productivity, TÜBİTAK, the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, the Turkish Academy of Sciences and the Turkish Space Agency.
As Deputy Minister, he undertook the duties of TEKNOFEST's Chairman of the Executive Board, Chairman of the Counseling Council of the Deneyap Türkiye project carried out in 81 provinces of Türkiye, Chairman of the Technology-Oriented Industrial Action Program Committee, which is an R&D and Investment Incentive Program for high-tech products and innovative technologies, Chairman of the Research Infrastructure Monitoring and Competence Evaluation Committee, and Chairman of the National Technology Entrepreneurship Council. He pioneered the establishment of the Open-Source Platform of Türkiye and 42 Software Schools, which are new generation education model. He worked on the processes of development and implementation of Togg's, Türkiye’s Automobile, technology roadmap.
He pioneered the studies of Industry and Technology Strategy for 2023, the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy, the National Space Program, the National Technology Entrepreneurship Strategy, Mobility Technologies and the Intelligent Life and Health Technologies Roadmap. He carried out the processes of development and implementation of action plans and restructuring of the ministry within the scope of strategies.
Kacır, who is member of the Board of Directors of ASELSAN and Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Foundation for Islamic History Research, has advanced level of English and German. He is married and has 2 children.
