We are a group of young entrepreneurs and professionals who believe that it is inevitable for Türkiye to realize the National Technology Initiative in order to raise its voice for a better world and to be one of developed societies in terms of economy and life quality.
Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır was born in Aksaray in 1992. In 2010, after graduating from Meram Science High School, she graduated from Bilkent University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department with a comprehensive scholarship. During her undergraduate education, she was the president of the Robotics Club. In 2015, she graduated from her undergraduate education with High Honor. She continued her master's degree in the same department of the same university. In this process, she was entitled to receive Techno-Initiative Capital Support from the Ministry of Industry and Technology and received a TÜBİTAK domestic graduate scholarship. In 2017, she graduated from her master's degree with High Honor. In the same year, she started her PhD education as a research assistant in ITU Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. In this process, she was awarded a TÜBİTAK domestic doctoral scholarship. She completed her PhD on Unique Indis Modulation Solutions for Reconfigurable Smart Surface Assisted Communication Systems. She has been involved in various research projects and has publications in international academic journals and conferences.
Since 2018, she has been a member of the Executive Committee responsible for TEKNOFEST Technology Competitions. Since 2022, she has served as a member of T3 Foundation Board of Trustee and Board of Directors.
As of July 2023, Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır continues to serve as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the T3 Foundation and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Space Agency since February 2024. She is married and has one child.
