T3 Foundation Occupational Health and Safety Policy
As the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), we aim to create a working culture that prioritizes the safety and health of our employees, volunteers, scholars, trainers, and visitors.
In line with this goal;
This policy represents a principled approach by the T3 Foundation that supports safety across all its activities, strengthens risk awareness, and focuses on developing a sustainable OHS culture.
In line with this goal;
- We support the creation of healthy and safe environments within the diversity of our activities (trainings, events, competitions, festival processes, and office operations).
- We encourage assessments, observations, and improvement suggestions that contribute to the early identification of hazards and risks; we place high importance on carrying out efforts aimed at enhancing the maturity of our processes in terms of safety.
- We value safety awareness among all our stakeholders; we aim to disseminate practices that strengthen information sharing, training, and a shared safety culture.
- In a foundation structure with high voluntary participation, we aim to transform the approach to occupational health and safety not merely into a set of rules, but into a framework embraced as a working culture.
- We take into account feedback aimed at improving working environments; we continuously review our OHS practices in line with evolving needs.
- We adopt a "zero work accident" approach; we aim to foresee risks in work areas, take necessary measures against fires and emergencies, and maintain a safe environment for all stakeholders.
